CONSULT

We believe every good project begins with listening. Whether virtually or in-person, we like to sit down with our clients to get a good understanding of their requirements – personal style, timeframes and budget. We also take this opportunity to broadly explain our role in guiding you with your purchase, how we collaborate with you for the best outcome and the key milestones along the way.

STEP 2

SOURCE

Once we have a good understanding of the client and their needs, we begin to search the diamond market for the very best fit for our client. Acknowledging that no two clients are the same, we take the time to analyse and assess different stones to provide our client with an optimised shortlist of diamond recommendations.

STEP 3

DESIGN

We work with our clients and our highly-skilled jewellery designers to conceptualise and design their piece. This process allows the client to visualise the end product and implement special touches and features for an ultra-personal approach.

STEP 4

MAKE

We provide our trusted private jewellers and jewellery manufacturers with our sourced diamonds and design sketches to commence the manufacture process. Depending on our client’s preference, their piece can be exclusively hand-made or a combination of CAD-to-cast with hand setting and finishing.

  • Generally speaking, the majority of our projects can be carried out within 4 weeks from our first discussion. Timelines do depend on varying factors though, so we like to confirm estimated timeframes with our client prior to project commencement.

  • No - TDH does not charge any fees for consultations, nor our unrivalled, personalised service throughout the lifespan of the project.
